About The Position

Join our team as a WKO Business Strategy & Support Associate and become a driving force behind global control and governance initiatives—empowering Wholesale KYC Operations to deliver outstanding client experiences and redefine excellence in KYC worldwide. As a WKO Business Strategy & Support Associate you will be in the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) North America Client Office organization but will have responsibilities supporting WKO globally. You will support many important control and governance related functions and responsibilities allowing WKO to focus on its core task of completing KYC on its clients.

Requirements

  • Independent, self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources
  • Strong project management skills combined with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Pitch Pro
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations that tell a clear, compelling story to senior audiences

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree
  • Familiarity with KYC

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the GB Role Based Access Control (RBAC) team providing support on WKO’s RBAC policies which govern the system access and entitlements given to WKO users
  • Support the governance and controls for the Inter Affiliate Services (IAS) related to WKO
  • Project manage different initiatives around the change and transformation efforts WKO in undertaking
  • Partner with the leadership team to identify and execute engagement and culture initiatives and drive adoption throughout the organization
  • Build and develop strong partnerships, identify challenges and eliminate roadblocks with internal partners
  • Manage personal workload and priorities ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management
  • Identify and execute process improvements, provide guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
