Provide professional mental health services in a community setting, performing assessment, treatment, and community outreach to individuals and groups in a culturally competent manner in accord with best treatment practices. The WISe therapist will work as part of a team to assist children/youth and their families who are at risk of out-of-home placement, hospitalization, etc. to help maintain them in the community when clinically appropriate. The WISe therapist will carry a combined caseload of regular mental health clients as well as any children/youth that are eligible for Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe); therefore, this positions caseload will be slightly smaller in order to accommodate the increased demand of the more intensive client needs.
