About The Position
Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Wisconsin Transportation Director to their Milwaukee team!
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 18+ years of design and project management experience for transportation, structural, stormwater, or general civil projects
- PE License for State of Wisconsin
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and proposals
- WisDOT experience preferred
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

- WisDOT experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Business development activities including identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Assist other work discipline practice leads with their business development activities
- Assist with staffing needs, utilization, hiring, and training
- Maintain contact with clients to monitor client satisfaction and ensure their requests are met
- Assist with proposal preparations and project interviews
- Monitor billings/marketing expenses
