About The Position
We are is seeking a self -motivated Wiring Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly or production environments. Hands -on training will be provided on proper wiring techniques and our specific wiring procedures.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- of assembly experience (Preferred).
- of mechanical knowledge (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Read and understand wiring diagrams or wire lists to neatly and efficiently wire panels, controllers, and other structures.
- Ensure wire harnesses are clean, properly secured, and undamaged during installation.
- Understand and differentiate between wire gauges, types, and work with integrated wiring tasks.
- Work alongside a team to complete complex wiring tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Complete wiring tasks within specified time frames.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist with field service tasks on Naval and Coast Guard ships.
- Any prior electrical experience is a plus.
