About The Position

The Wireline Operator position at KLX Energy Services LLC involves executing operations related to open-hole and cased-hole logging and completion services. The role requires rigging up and down wireline and pressure control equipment, operating and maintaining wireline trucks and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The operator will work closely with a team to support operations at the wellsite and in the shop, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the services provided.

Requirements

• Less than High School Education
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel and customers
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
• Ability to obtain a Notice of Clearance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives
• Ability to obtain a State Blaster License
• Ability to read and understand safety labels and postings.

Nice To Haves

• Currently possesses ATF Employee Possessor of Explosives certification

Responsibilities

• Installs and disassembles wireline and pressure control equipment according to manufacturer's standards.
• Monitors and adjusts processes or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Performs shipping, loading, and unloading duties in compliance with safety regulations.
• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots wireline truck and equipment, keeping records of operations.
• Drives company vehicles and equipment, including wireline trucks and cranes.
• Ensures compliance with regulations applicable to wireline explosives operations.
• Cleans and maintains company vehicles, tools, and equipment; troubleshoots issues as needed.
• Provides support to crew members and liaises with technicians on equipment failures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
