About The Position

The position involves performing wireline services on oil and gas wells under the direct supervision of a field service Operations Engineer. The role requires ensuring the job readiness of various vehicles, including logging trucks and crane trucks, and maintaining mobile equipment and downhole wireline instruments. Employees will work both offshore and inland, taking responsibility for vehicle and skid fleets. Additionally, the position mandates obtaining a commercial driver's license with necessary endorsements, including HAZMAT, for transporting materials to well sites. Safety and regulatory compliance are paramount, as is adherence to customer and company policies.

Requirements

• Ability to perform wireline services under supervision.
• Experience with maintenance of mobile equipment and downhole instruments.
• Valid commercial driver's license with necessary endorsements.
• Proficiency in the safe use of explosives.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform wireline services on oil and gas wells under supervision.
• Ensure job readiness of logging truck, crane truck, and other transport vehicles.
• Maintain and care for mobile equipment including wireline trucks and crane trucks.
• Maintain downhole wireline instruments as directed by the Operations Engineer.
• Obtain a commercial driver's license with appropriate endorsements.
• Proficiently use explosives in compliance with API RP-67.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Adhere to customer rules and policies while on their property.
• Follow company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Rig up and rig down wireline equipment at the well site.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Demand safe operations for all individuals on the jobsite.
• Perform miscellaneous shop duties as directed.
