About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CDL Hazmat and Tank License required
• First Aid and CPR certified preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• 5 years of experience in oil & gas
• Strong presentation and verbal skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to adapt and learn new software

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all Tier 1 policies and procedures, as well as client policies.
• Work with District Managers to achieve sales goals, budgets, and schedules for the Wireline Division.
• Approve personnel time in the company system.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Audit security management in the district.
• Participate in recruiting and training of district personnel.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to district employees.
• Conduct field visits for administrative meetings and represent the division staff as needed.
• Hold monthly meetings with district personnel.
• Perform any other duties as required by senior management.
