Wireless Technology and Signal Processing Manager

About the position

Help our clients develop novel solutions to solve complex signal processing challenges by driving efforts to pursue and execute innovative solutions. Lead one or more wireless communications technology projects that apply scientific first principles and applied engineering methods to develop signal processing solutions. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role that includes people management and business strategy.
• 5+ years of experience with intelligence, military, or government communities.
• Experience developing digital signal processing algorithms.
• Experience deploying, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting RF systems.
• Experience developing signal detection, signal characterization, and signal location algorithms.
• Experience developing applications for software-defined radios.
• Ability to discuss a variety of waveforms and modulation techniques.
• Ability to utilize project management tools and processes effectively.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CUDA signal processing, or similar libraries for high-power compute.
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to communicate with a high degree of technical precision through succinct presentations, engineering reviews, and technical briefings.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master's degree.
