About The Position

Join our Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, where we ensure cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems meet rigorous performance standards across critical parameters, including Power Accuracy, Spurs, EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, and Coexistence. Requirements

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, with emphasis on WiFi
• Cellular technologies experience is a plus
• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and/or C/C++/C# for test automation and data analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
• Deep understanding of key performance indicators and signal impairments in RF and baseband domains
• Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and wireless system testing in laboratory environments
• Proven experience developing and automating tests for wireless systems, including test framework design and implementation
• Experience with regulatory testing and certification processes, including emissions, spectral masks, band edge, and power compliance measurements
• Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
