As a Qualcomm Wireless Systems Engineer, you have the opportunity to push the boundaries of what exists and establish the new standards for tomorrow. You will work as an equal contributor on a team of leading engineers to innovate on WIFI, Bluetooth and UWB Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) and architect, analyze and simulate cutting-edge, next-generation wireless networks.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field with one plus years of experience.
  • Strong foundation in RF Power Amplifiers, LNAs, and transceivers.
  • Familiarity with wireless standard 802.11 from a radio perspective.
  • Proficiency in measuring parameters like EVM, SEM, and SNR using lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers.
  • At least one year of academic experience with programming languages like C/C++ and Python.
  • Knowledge of communication theory and signal processing.
  • Experience with wireless standards (e.g., LTE, WiFi, 5G, UMTS).
  • Expertise in designing and developing test automation frameworks using C/C++, LabVIEW, or Python.
  • Good understanding of AI/ML concepts such as Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, On-Device Learning, Transfer Learning, and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras) within the wireless domain.
  • Ability to program effectively in C#, Python, and/or Matlab.
