As part of our Wireless Hardware group, you'll be responsible for bringing groundbreaking wireless connectivity to the world. On this team, you'll help improve the performance of our products through innovative system-on-chip designs. Requirements

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong experience with Python, Matlab, Perl, Javascript, C/C++, or C#.
• Experience with automation infrastructure development (traceability, repeatability) and related tools (GIT, CI, database, reporting tools).

Nice To Haves

• Solid understanding of wireless networking principles, protocols, and standards, particularly WiFi6/7 (802.11ax/be).
• Proven experience in software architecture, with a focus on regression automation frameworks for wireless hardware.
• Hands-on experience with WiFi testing tools and equipment, such as traffic generators, spectrum analyzers, and packet sniffers.
• Experience developing test automation including equipment drivers, debug tools, automation scripts, database interfaces, and reporting tools.
• Experience in designing firmware based algorithms involving MAC-PHY interactions and SW based PHY configurations and implement codes in Python and in firmware.
• Advanced degree preferred; MSEE or Ph.D.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of WiFi-enabled products.
• Work closely with development and validation teams to design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Validate the functionality and robustness of WiFi Products.
