Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
  • Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations
  • Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
  • Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
  • Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
  • Experience with individual and team-based sales goals
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
