• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when handling sensitive customer data
• Adaptability in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Tech-savvy - comfortable with tablets, mobile forms, and web-based enrollment tools
• Previous experience in sales, community outreach, or public service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage eligible individuals in heartfelt, one-on-one conversations to introduce Lifeline’s vital communication services at community events and partnered retailers
• Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches with empathy, making sure every customer feels heard and respected
• Assist customers through the enrollment process with accuracy and care, including verifying documentation
• Stay up-to-date on Lifeline guidelines to ensure compliance and proper eligibility screenings
• Monitor and report sales metrics while continuously refining outreach strategies
• Identify community engagement opportunities such as events or high-traffic areas to boost visibility
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to applicants, reinforcing trust and continuity
• Collaborate with other Wireless Service Sales Advisors to share successful tactics and support overall performance goals
