About The Position

What can Russell Cellular do for you? Our Wireless Sales Specialists earn an average of $18 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. Our Wireless Sales Specialists are guaranteed full time at a minimum of 35 hours per week. The pay for this position will include a base rate of $13.00 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commissions. Responsibilities

Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services by attending and completing all required trainings and meetings
Provide award winning customer service to every customer every time while you facilitate the retail sale of cell phones, tablets, watches, devices, and wireless services
Conduct calls to our customers who seek to learn more about our wireless devices and services
Handle the daily store operations such as opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administration duties
Monitor action plans developed by the store manager for the accomplishment of daily/monthly sales goals
