About The Position

This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage both deep technical expertise and sharp program management and leadership skills. EPMs are fearless organizers and communicators who are ready to work cross-functionally with highly skilled engineers, architects, operations, and product design individuals throughout Apple as well as with external suppliers. A successful candidate will strategize, plan, and drive high-quality execution on schedule. Be a fast learner, curious, self-driven, collaborative, responsible for managing/communicating status, issues, and driving effective resolutions. Demonstrate the ability to lead and develop new processes and ideas, foster strong networks and partnerships across Apple.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of: RF/Wireless system design/architecture, RF test, RF application engineering.
• Track record of development and integration of wireless technologies into products.
• Demonstrated experience in technical/ project management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, curious, eager to learn, and be part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Nice To Haves

• MSEE, MBA, or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes in the consumer electronics space
• Technical project/product management experience
• Experience in one or more of: RF Design/architecture, RF Test, RF application engineering, wireless system design, or related fields.
• Passion for leading continuous improvement, innovations, execution excellence, and quality.
