  • Ensure the assigned location operates under the specific guidelines of Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation.
  • Execute promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other tasks assigned by leadership in a timely manner.
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and products.
  • Ability to travel to various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate.
