About The Position

The AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate at Blue Link Wireless is responsible for guiding customers through the selection and purchasing process of wireless products and services. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing device issues, and answering questions related to services and plans. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, and has a passion for technology, with the potential to earn commissions on sales without caps.

Requirements

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in hospitality fields such as servers, bartenders, waiters/waitresses, baristas, and nurses is acceptable.
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.

• Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attaining monthly goals and objectives.
• Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
• Submitting all transaction journals daily.
• Assisting with inventory maintenance.
