Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams

Responsibilities

- Build Your Squad: Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough calls when needed
- Run the Show: Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance like a pro

- Onboard with Ease: Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires

- Bring Your Energy: Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
