About The Position
Wireless World, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, has immediate openings for people who enjoy technology and have outstanding people skills to join our team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associate Champions! As a Wireless World/Verizon Sales Associate, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services, and develop valuable skills. Your ultimate mission will be to provide our guests with outstanding service in a fun, energetic and supportive environment. As a Wireless World/Verizon Sales Associate, your day to day looks something like this: Providing an outstanding guest experience at our incredible locations. Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Wireless World, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless. Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic! Actively participate in Wireless World’s proven leadership and training program. As a Wireless World/Verizon Sales Associate, we are looking for the following skill set: Strong person to person communication skills. A customer service and sales mindset and attitude. Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge. The qualifications to be a Wireless World/Verizon Sales Associate are: Motivated to learn. Driven to be successful and grow your skills. Reliable, punctual with a flexible schedule to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
