As a Wireless Network Engineer, you'll work closely with the engineering, Service, and Installation teams and will be expected to build and maintain a strong and efficient network infrastructure. You are also responsible for designing, troubleshooting IoT wired/wireless networks, implementing, and maintaining networks for the storage facilities.

  • Strategize and design the storage facility's Wired and wireless network infrastructure, aligning plans with business needs.
  • Design and implementation of wireless and wired networks.
  • Monitoring network performance and guaranteeing peak performance.
  • Diagnosing and addressing network faults as soon as possible.
  • Routine maintenance and upgrades are performed to avoid downtime and security concerns.
  • Creating and updating extensive documentation on network setups, procedures, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • End-user technical assistance and collaboration with engineering, service, tech support and installer teams to resolve issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the required field.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technology.
  • Knowledge of wireless protocols and technology.
  • Knowledge of wireless 2.4GHz mesh and 800/900MHz hopping networks.
  • Knowledge of network hardware (Cell booster, routers, switches, and firewalls) and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills are required for efficient collaboration and user assistance.
  • 30% travel.
