Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in wireless technologies including WWAN, WiFi, and Bluetooth.
• Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of PC wireless system design including electronics, software, antennas, and mechanical design.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years and a Master's degree; or 8+ years and a PhD; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the wireless strategy, architecture, and system integration to deliver innovative solutions aligned with Dell's long-term goals.
• Drive wireless R&D across system, edge, and infrastructure levels, contributing through technical innovation and intellectual property generation.
• Engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize and deliver impactful wireless solutions.
