As a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager , you will develop, lead, and inspire a team of diverse, energetic, and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. Requirements

1 or more year(s) of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is required
2 years or more of higher education
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
Strong communication, mathematics, and computer use skills
Availability to be flexible in supporting retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer service

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities
