We are searching for a Wire Puller to join our Elevator Controls team at Vantage Elevation. Requirements

• Associates in Electrical or electronics principles or equivalent experience
• 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read electronic/electrical wiring schematic diagrams
• Must have the ability to identify electronic & electrical parts
• Familiarity with electronic & electrical principles
• Ability to use multi-meters and other measuring equipment and tools
• Good communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization professionally
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Willingness to cross train to assist other stations on the production floor as needed
• Ability to life and/or push, pull, carry up to 25 pounds frequently
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach regularly
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools as needed
• Must be willing and able to adhere to safety protocols, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and safety glasses

Responsibilities

• Performs bench-type inspections/processes to complete the inspection of mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies using schematics and a variety of hand tools and pneumatic and electronic tooling
• Ensures wires are routed and installed per customer’s specification, flagging any non-conformances
• Pulls on wiring to ensure proper attachment and wire-tolerance exists, flagging any non-conformances
• May repair minor non-conformances per specifications, to include measuring and/or cutting wire per exact specifications
• May attach wires to PCB board using appropriate hand tools/equipment
• May perform some soldering
• Uses multi-meters regularly while completing work assignments
• Meets daily production goals as defined by Team Lead and daily production schedule
• Maintains work area in a clean and organized manner, adheres to 5S and shop floor protocols
• Learns and maintains working knowledge of company Safety and Quality Policies
• Keeps a high awareness level on a daily basis of Electrostatic Discharge Safety (ESD) and overall Quality policies.
• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Salary Range for Sacramento-based Applicants: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour plus potential for bonus (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
