About The Position
The position involves independently reviewing and processing enterprise-wide, real-time, high-value domestic and international wire payments in accordance with federal regulations, Wire Policy, Standards, and procedures. The essential functions include reconciling and balancing enterprise wire activity, resolving wire exception transactions, managing account profiles within the wire system, following strict authentication processes, assisting clients with wire transfer inquiries, identifying and escalating complex issues, adhering to security and operational control procedures, and performing client outreach for incoming wire payments.
