We are looking for a Wire Harness Assembler which is a specialist in the field of electrical engineering, focused on the intricate task of constructing wire harnesses. These assemblies consist of systematically bound wires, terminals, and connectors that play a crucial role in the streamlined transmission of electrical power and signals in our service trucks.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Must have a precise blend of technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
Must be proficient in use of specialized tools and machinery designed for cutting, stripping, crimping, and testing wires and cables.
1-3 years professional experience with low-voltage electrical systems.
Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and vehicle schematics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a safe manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Ability to read electrical schematics and build harnesses to match and have the ability to test those harnesses.
Wire custom electrical systems according to vehicle specifications.
Understands schematic diagrams, technical specifications, and the properties of different wire types and connectors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
