As a Winter 2025 Co-op in Procurement at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA, you will be immersed in the Supply Chain-Procurement Sourcing function. This role is designed for undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in a full-time academic program, particularly those majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management or related fields. The co-op program will run from January 6 to May 23, 2025, requiring a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work will be hybrid, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. In this position, you will engage in sourcing events and explore automation opportunities for RFI/RFP/e-Auction processes. You will collaborate closely with sourcing category managers to integrate sustainability into sourcing strategies and deliver productivity improvements. Your responsibilities will include delivering results and process improvements in key performance areas such as cost management, cash performance, service, and quality. You will lead specific projects, including negotiations and RFx events, to optimize value and manage complex global supply chains. Additionally, you will define, develop, and implement optimal sourcing strategies that align with business objectives while effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Finance, R&D, Sustainability, Quality, Planning, and Legal. The KDP Co-op Program also emphasizes professional development, offering opportunities to engage in innovative projects, participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives, and receive training in networking and professional skills. You will be paired with a mentor to enhance your understanding of various business areas and complete a project from start to finish, culminating in a presentation to your team and other stakeholders.
