About The Position

As a Winter Co-op 2025 - Data Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, highly technical environment that is pivotal in producing some of KDP's most popular beverages. This co-op position is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in executing operational plans and projects, particularly in the realm of data analytics and visualization. You will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects that contribute to the ongoing success of the company while gaining valuable insights into the beverage industry. Throughout your co-op experience, you will engage in various projects that involve the development, verification, and testing of Data Analytics dashboards and visualization tools. You will also participate in AGILE project management methodologies, which will enhance your understanding of how software capabilities can be influenced to achieve six sigma quality performance and improve the Quality Management System. Additionally, you will assist with the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events. Your role will also involve analyzing data from the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and quality inspection data to identify and implement process improvements. You will be expected to audit findings data and create action tracking visualizations that will help streamline operations. The KDP Co-op Program is structured to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, including opportunities to engage with KDP executives, participate in professional development training, and work closely with a mentor to enhance your understanding of the business. By the end of your co-op, you will complete a project from start to finish and present your findings to your team and other stakeholders, showcasing your contributions to the organization.
