About The Position

Winpark is currently hiring Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. As a Parking Attendant, you will be the first face to greet our guests upon arrival and be a part of a team that ensures a pleasant experience for all visitors. Your role will involve cheerfully greeting guests, explaining parking rates, and providing instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles. You will maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed. The position requires being outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and occasionally helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Energetic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience as a Parking Attendant.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully upon arrival and thank them upon exit.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and a positive demeanor.
• Resolve guest issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management.
• Be active and outside for most of the day.
