About The Position

The Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor II plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. The supervisor will work closely with the management team to implement company policies, drive sales, and foster a positive work environment. They will also handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the brand’s reputation. Ultimately, this role ensures that operational goals are met while supporting team development and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience working with Wingstop or similar quick-service restaurant brands.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance and customer service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the restaurant.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs to optimize productivity.
  • Support management in implementing promotional activities and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory for management review.
