About The Position
As a Wing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the development, training, and implementation of unit programs by providing direct supervision to assigned staff. Position is responsible for personal care of individuals when needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license

- HS diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Work directly with assigned staff and residents
- Completes training of direct care staff
- Completes corrective action and notification measures
- Ensures compliance of policy and procedures
