The Winery Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operational supervision and support for staff in providing a world class guest service experience for guests. The Supervisor will be accountable for employee engagement, including performance management, auditing training results (after the fact), and leading personal development discussions, along with payroll time approval, labor management and escalated guest service recovery. In addition, the Supervisor will provide general assistance and support for the department and the company. Full Time: a position working 32+ hours per week.
