About The Position

As a TASTING SERVER, you will be responsible for safely serving wine samples to customers in our customer locations. Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required.

Requirements

• We are looking for service-driven employees who would like the opportunity to work in the beverage industry.
• Must be at least 21
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience dealing with the public
• Good driving record
• Dependable transportation
• Have excellent customer service and communications skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree a plus
• Some experience in a retail sales environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet all consumers and pour product for tasting at our customer's location.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of portfolio.
• Effectively suggest and sell to consumers.
• Ensure customer safety.
• Assist with stocking or merchandising of products as needed in customer's location.
• Comply with all ABC regulations and state and federal alcohol laws; follow internal controls and processes.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
