Wine Supervisor/Key Carrier
About The Position
As a supervisor, you will support the management team in growing the company brand, supporting store operations, and helping to build a sales and service culture. The goal is to deliver best-in-class service and create a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for customers. Internally, the role is referred to as Supervisor and reports to the store management team. This position involves serving in a team member capacity to support the service team, merchandising, and front-end operations, driving sales, and delivering key performance metrics (KPMs). The company is America’s largest independent retailer of wine, spirits, beer & more, seeking go-getters who want to spark joy with customers and communities. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
- Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers
- Familiarity with the point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Perform other duties as assigned
