About The Position
The Wine Steward is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns, assisting the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, and monitoring all established quality assurance standards. The Wine Steward is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
Responsibilities
