About The Position

We are seeking a Wine Director to oversee our award-winning wine program at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Downtown Houston. Our collection boasts 3,900 distinct wines, including selections from every fine wine producing region across the world, and we’re always expanding both the depth and breadth of our collection. The Wine Director will manage our inventory, ordering and sommelier education to ensure our exquisite wine collection is an integral part of our Guest’s dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Wine Director or comparable position
• Prior leadership and management experience
• CMS or equivalent certification

Nice To Haves

• CMS Advanced, CMS MS, or MW (or candidate) preferred
