About The Position
Manhatta is a restaurant from Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group, combining sky-high views with down-to-earth hospitality. Helmed by Executive Chef Justin Bogle, Manhatta's constantly evolving menu takes traditional technique and locally sourced ingredients to unexpected places. The Wine Director for Manhatta is an ambitious individual responsible for ensuring the excellence, creativity, brand promise, and profitability of the wine program within the restaurant and the events spaces. You serve as a leader, educator, coach, and mentor to the front of house team by inspiring and teaching skills that will elevate the core values and mission of USHG and create a wine program worthy of world class accolades.
