We’re seeking a Wine Club Associate to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team and help grow one of Sonoma’s most beloved wine clubs. This role combines proactive sales outreach, personalized service, and behind-the-scenes logistics to deliver exceptional experiences and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our DTC sales team, you’ll use your people skills and product knowledge to connect with wine lovers, promote exclusive offers, and turn everyday interactions into loyal, long-term memberships. This is a regular (full-time), non-exempt position. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with the requirement to work occasional weekend events and holidays, as well as flexibility in scheduling to ensure business-staffing needs are met. The anticipated pay range for this non-exempt position is between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour plus commissions.
