Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• RBS certification through the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) department is required.
• Strong knowledge of wines, craft beers, craft cocktail creations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in bartending preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging customers with the highest level of integrity.
• Engage with customers recommending drinks based on guests tastes.
• Provide food and beverage service and light food preparation.
• Serve beer, wine and mixed drinks to patrons.
• Creating innovative and signature cocktails while maintaining knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
• Develop seasonal or specialty cocktail menus.
• Maintain a knowledge of beers on tap and order supplies as needed.
• Check patron identification for minimum age restriction for the consumption of alcohol.
• Wash and sterilize glasses.
• Work large events when necessary and be familiar with the calendar of events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Embrace new challenges and be a flexible team player, taking on responsibilities as needed.
• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.
