About The Position

Bottles Beverage Superstore carries a superior selection of spirits, a wide array of accessible to world class wines, and an assortment of imported, domestic and craft beer – always at discounted prices. The Sales Associate supports the store’s operations by assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional service. This role requires product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail, hospitality, or beverage industry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, or spirits a plus.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. consistently and 60 lbs. occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product recommendations across beer, wine, and spirits.
• Educate customers on product attributes, pairings, and promotions.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain proper product displays.
• Support inventory management and perform counts as directed.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization throughout all departments.
• Provide support during tastings, demos, and special events.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to team goals and store success.
