The Windshield Technician’s primary responsibility is to perform high-level windshield installs, repairs, and replacements with precision and pride in workmanship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous windshield or automotive glass experience is welcome but not required — we provide comprehensive in‑house training for the right individual. A strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and willingness to follow safety and installation procedures are essential.

Responsibilities

Perform windshield repairs, replacements, and related automotive glass services.
Use appropriate tools, equipment, and adhesives safely and correctly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate clearly with advisors and teammates.
