About your role: We’re seeking a seasoned Windows Systems Engineer with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and driving automation to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and accuracy. This role is critical to managing change, monitoring performance, and responding to issues across thousands of servers in multiple data centers. You will support a global Windows environment for hosted Fiserv clients, ensuring high availability and performance across physical and virtual infrastructures. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute large-scale deployments, troubleshoot system issues, and automate routine tasks.
