About The Position

Leidos is on the hunt for a skilled Windows System Administrator to support high-impact missions at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) in Suitland, MD. Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Security+ CE or IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2003-2016), Active Directory, SCCM, and GPOs.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and migration skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with rack-mounted servers, networking, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows-based mission applications and hardware.
• Configure, maintain, and secure physical and virtual systems to STIG standards.
• Lead system upgrades, backups, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless operations and mission success.
• Resolve technical issues using existing ticketing system and manage change requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation and asset inventories.
• Provide strategic recommendations for hardware refresh cycles.
