We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Technician to support a large-scale Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade initiative across multiple refinery and tech center locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with desktop, printer, and phone support, along with proficiency in imaging, deploying, and building Dell hardware using Intune and PDQ. The technician will handle imaging, memory upgrades, asset tagging, and off‑the‑shelf application deployments for 450+ devices, as well as basic Active Directory tasks such as account creation, enabling/disabling accounts, and Outlook mailbox setup within an on-prem/Azure/O365 environment. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism, and communication skills while interfacing directly with end users. Work is fully onsite in refinery environments requiring PPE, adherence to safety standards, and clean‑shaven requirements, TWIC card preferred. Experience with ticketing systems and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment are essential.
