About The Position
The Windows 11 Migration Technician will be responsible for imaging and configuring 1000 laptops as part of a migration project. This role requires excellent customer service skills to assist IT customers with hardware and software issues while following established procedures and policies. The technician will work in a team environment, providing technical support and ensuring timely resolution of IT requests.
