Automotive Elegance is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. Requirements
- Previous professional automotive window tinting experience required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Clean driving record required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with multiple vehicle makes/models and film types is a plus
- Willingness to continue learning through factory and hands-on training
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle window surfaces for installation and identify potential issues prior to tint application
- Safely remove and reinstall interior vehicle panels and trim as needed for proper installation
- Accurately plot, cut, and apply window film using industry-best practices
- Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and roadworthy standards prior to delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs for tinting materials and tools
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with team members and assist with additional shop duties as needed
