Requirements
- Comfort and confidence working at heights (up to and including high-rise)
- Strong physical ability: lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing
- Detail-oriented with a pride in leaving windows streak-free and crystal clear
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while staying team-focused
- Must be 18 or older and possess a valid driver’s license for travel to job sites
Responsibilities
- Clean exterior and interior windows at various heights using squeegees, brushes, lifts, cradles, and ladders
- Work on commercial buildings, including low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise structures
- Follow strict safety protocols and use harnesses, ropes, and PPE properly
- Use your knowledge of cleaning agents, chemical safety, and tool handling to ensure top-tier results
- Report any supply needs, equipment concerns, or site hazards to your supervisor
- Assist with emergency or non-routine cleaning work as assigned
