Requirements
- Proven ability to measure windows and doors with precision and efficiency.
- Recent experience (within the last three months) measuring a significant number of window and door units in a professional setting.
- Clean driving record and the willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory. (Virginia)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging homeowner interactions professionally.
Nice To Haves
- EPA Lead Certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain certification upon hire (company-provided).
Responsibilities
- Conduct precise measurements for windows and doors in residential properties to ensure accurate material ordering and project planning.
- Collaborate with homeowners to resolve underestimated projects through change orders, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Document measurements and input data into company software for seamless coordination with the production and installation teams.
- Serve as the liaison between the sales team, project managers, and installation teams to address project requirements effectively.
