About The Position

True View Windows LLC is seeking full-time Lead Glaziers and Window Installers/Helpers to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado. The role involves working in residential environments, focusing on glass and glazing installation, as well as window installation. Candidates should have relevant experience and a commitment to quality service.

Requirements

• Pass a background and drug test.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of two years' experience installing or servicing residential windows, doors, and showers for leads.
• Dependable, on time, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
• Experience in glass and glazing (1 year preferred).

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure for reglazes, mirrors, and showers.
• Identify glass types, thicknesses, colors, etc.
• Repair windows and sliding glass doors.
• Install various types of shower enclosures and hardware.
• Identify parts needed to correctly perform the work.
• Work off a ladder or scaffolding.
• Load and verify materials needed for daily route.
• Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available.
• Clean all work areas to 'better than arrival' company standards.
• Tear out existing windows and doors from all types of residential construction.
• Install new windows and doors into new construction and existing openings using multiple installation methods and various hand tools.
• Upload data into CRM program.
