About The Position
Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, is seeking window and door installers to join our teams of elite craftsmen. We are looking for people with any skill level - from highly experienced to entry level who have a passion to learn the trades! This is a full time, W2 position. JOB DESCRIPTION: Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation
Requirements
- MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record
- At least six months of home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience preferred
- General tool knowledge
- General knowledge of safety practices
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
- Must be comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders and/or scaffolding
- Must be able to work in any type of weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors a major plus
