About The Position

As a Window Installer at West Shore Home, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional window installation and exterior remodeling services. This entry-level position offers paid training and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team focused on customer satisfaction and craftsmanship. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate closely with Lead Installers and other professionals to ensure high-quality installations that align with the company's mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home®.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device for company systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to gather materials and load company trucks.
• Drive to customers' homes and establish rapport.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and care for the customer's home by properly cleaning up after installation.
• Ensure year-round, steady work.
